Apartment for Rent – Bandhagen I am looking to rent out my apartment for one year, with the possibility of extending for an additional year. If preferred, it may be possible to start with a six-month contract. I am looking for a person with permanent employment or ongoing studies. Requirements: • No smoking indoors or in the building surroundings The apartment is a 2:a (55.5 sqm) and semi-furnished. It includes: • Sofa (different than the one in the picture) • Bedside tables • TV stand • Coffee table • Microwave • and possibly a chest of drawers The apartment is located very close to Bandhagen Centrum and the metro station (approximately 5 minutes’ walk) The building is modern and well maintained, only one and a half years old (newly built). Rent (excluding electricity and hot water, which are usually very low): 14,912.98 SEK/month + 399 SEK/month Wi-Fi (250/250) via Telia.
