Renting out my place because I will go work in another country for two years. A well-maintained studio in the heart of Lund C, 1-5 minute walk to train station, bus stop, supermarket, and tram stop. The city is abundant with nice cafes and good restaurants. The place comes with its own shower and toilet, french balcony, fully furnished, shared laundry and dryer rooms in the basement, and a storage cell of about 5 square meters. It takes 3 minutes to arrive at LTH by the tram, 10 minutes by biking, and ~25 minutes by foot. The location is also super convenient to travel to Malmö, Lomma (), Helsingborg, and Copenhagen. The paintings on the wall can be removed and put in the basement storage cell if they does not suit your style.
