I’m renting out a room located in the wonderful southern central part of Stockholm. It’s a 28 square meter accommodation with balcony, newly renovated bathroom, toilet,a comfortable bed. In the apartment we share a kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, freezer. There’s access to the laundry room that is in the compound. The lovely accommodation is in Södermalm with a walk proximity to all that downtown has. From the room the subway is just a few meters away. In a few minutes you can reach the universities. Main requirement is to find the right male or female student, over 18 years old. Rent: 4000 kr/month A mutual month notice. You don’t pay any deposition, you only pay for the rent at the end of the month. Write how I can reach you, your phone number and book an appointment to come look at the place.
