You reach communications and other facilities by a 7 minute walk. The apartment has a balcony and is just next to an outdoor area with walks, playground and nature. It's located on the top floor and has a balcony. There are outside areas out back which you are allowed to use (barbecue, benches etc) Renting out because I needed to move closer to family.
