Room for Rent in Värnhem – Central and Convenient! I am renting out a room in my apartment in Värnhem and I’m looking for a responsible tenant. About the apartment: The room is approximately 10 sqm. The apartment is 75 sqm in total and will be shared with me. The location is excellent: right next to Värnhemstorget, only two minutes from Värnhem bus station with great public transport connections. There is an elevator in the building and access to a shared laundry room. The rent is 6,000 SEK/month, including everything (electricity, heating, internet, etc.). About the rental period: The room is initially available for up to two months, with good possibilities for extension upon agreement. Who I am looking for: You have a stable and fixed income (not through social services). You are a non-smoker and do not have pets. The room is intended for a maximum of one person.
