One room available for student/researcher. On the ground floor of our villa, we rent out two rooms (approximately 12 sqm per room) with a stunning lake view over Värtan. The ground floor has its own entrance, and you who rent will have access (shared with the other person) to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, bathroom, WC, laundry room, sauna, living room with TV, patio, and broadband/wifi. The area is scenic with walking trails, swimming, tennis courts, etc., just nearby. It’s about an 8-minute walk to Näsbypark Center with shops, restaurants, train/bus, and an additional 20 minutes to Stockholm (e.g., Stockholm University and the Royal Institute of Technology, KTH). The bus to Täby center takes 14 minutes.
