Hus med stor trädgård uthyres på vackra Styrsö i Göteborgs skärgård Vi hyr tillfälligt ut vårt hus på vackra Styrsö till början av augusti 2026 och eventuellt längre. Huset ligger nära naturstigar i skog/grönområde med 10 minuters promenad till bad, bastuförening, Styrsö Bratten färjeläge, förskola, skola (F-9), bibliotek, vårdcentral och mataffär tillgängligt på ön. Pendling till Göteborgs centrum tar en dryg timme med färja, buss eller spårvagn. Det finns även vissa direktbåtar med kafe som går hela vägen in till stan där man kan sitta och jobba eller äta frukost med utsikt - mycket mysig pendling. Huset har en stor trädgård med hoppmatta, fruktträd, bärbuskar, och möjligheter till odling. Huset hyrs möblerat/delvis möblerat och har fyra sovrum, en toalett med dusch, kontorsutrymme, balkong, vardagsrum och stort kök med altan. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i källaren. Vi tänker oss en kallhyra på 13.000 kr/månad men är villiga och förhandla om vi hittar en bra match. Huset har vattenburen värme med luftvärmepump. 4G internet funkar bra för hemarbete med mobilmast precis vid huset. Kostnad för internet, vatten, sophämtning och el tillkommer utöver hyran. Visning sker enligt ÖK med hyresvärden. House with big garden for rent on Styrsö in the Gothenburg archipelago We are temporarily renting out our house on beautiful Styrsö to early August 2026 and maybe longer. The house is located close to nature paths in nearby forest, with a 10-minute walk to the sea, sauna association, Styrsö Bratten ferry terminal, preschool, school (F-9), library, healthcare centre and supermarket available on the island. Commuting to central Gothenburg is easy and takes about an hour by ferry, bus or tram. There are also some direct boats with cafe that go all the way into town that are excellent if you want to work or have breakfast with a view while commuting. The house has a large garden with a trampoline, fruit trees, berry bushes, and opportunities for cultivation. It is rented partially furnished/unfurnished and has four bedrooms, two upstairs hallway areas (now used as studies), a toilet with shower, living room and large kitchen with decking. We are hoping to get about 13,000 SEK/month excluding utilities but are happy to negotiate if we get a good match. The house has water conducted heating with an air heat pump. 4G internet works well for remote working with a mobile phone mast right by the house. Costs for internet, water, waste collection and electricity are paid separately by the tenant in addition to the rent. Viewing possible as per appointment with the landlord.
