Lägenheten har stora fönster från golv till tak samt en fransk balkong. bredband, el och vatten ingår i hyran. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår, liksom köksutrustning såsom tallrikar, kastruller, stekpannor och grundläggande köksredskap. Mycket goda kommunikationer med buss, pendeltåg och tunnelbana.
