Room in bright Aspudden apartment – mostly to yourself I’m renting out a room in my bright and comfortable apartment in Aspudden. As I travel extensively and will be away for most of the year, you’ll often have the apartment almost entirely to yourself, while having full access to the kitchen, living room and the rest of the home. The apartment has windows on three sides with lovely green views overlooking Aspuddsparken. The neighborhood is very peaceful and green while still being close to the city. Both Aspudden and Örnsberg metro stations are within walking distance, and it’s only two stops to the inner city. Aspuddsparken is just outside, with sheep, goats and horses, as well as the popular Golfbaren. Vinterviken is also just a few minutes’ walk away, with restaurants, gardens, outdoor gym, swimming and beautiful walking paths along the water. I’m looking for a quiet, responsible and considerate person. This would be particularly suitable for a student or someone who mainly needs a home in Stockholm during autumn, winter and spring and spends the summers elsewhere, as I primarily use the apartment myself during the summer. Wi-Fi, electricity and gas are included in the rent. Parking is also available for an additional monthly fee.
