UTHYRES from asap ett år framöver (möjlighet till förlängning finns): 3:a på Haga. Bra läge - det är nära till stan, till industriområden, skolor, affärer mm. Området är grönt och lugnt, grannarna trevliga och skötsamma. Lgh är ljus och välplanerad. Bra förvaringsutrymmen i bl a inre förråd med hyllplan. Stor balkong. Källar- och vindsförråd. Tvättstugor finns i föreningen, i badrummet finns också en mindre tvättmaskin. Cykelrum, barnvagnsrum, extra toa och lokal finns i källaren. Gratis parkering längs gatan, annars finns p-platser/garage att hyra för rimlig peng. Önskar du ha viss möblering (t ex hyllor i vardagsrummet) kan vi försöka ordna det, annars hyrs lgh omöblerad. The apartment is bright and well laid out, with good storage space including an internal storage room with shelving. Large balcony. Basement and attic storage. Laundry rooms are available in the building, and there’s also a small washing machine in the bathroom. Bicycle room, stroller room, extra toilet, and a common room are located in the basement. Free street parking is available, and parking spaces/garages can be rented at a reasonable cost. If you’d like some furniture (e.g. the shelves in the living room), we can arrange that — otherwise, the apartment is rented unfurnished. Pets are welcome as long as proper cleaning is maintained.
