Hello, We are renting out a room in our spacious apartment. Total size of the apartment 100m2. The room size is 16m2 and is furnished with a bed, TV and ample storage space. Please note that this is SHARED accommodation. You will be sharing this apartment with myself, my girlfriend and one more tenant. Share of apartment (kitchen, living room, WC and WC/shower) Included in rent: Furniture, weekly cleaning service of common area’s, common hygiene articles, heating , internet and electricity. No pets and smoke free. Students/Employees who value a calm life are welcome. Location: 3 min walk into town, 3 min walk to bus/train station, 250m to the nearest gym and a 15 min bike ride to the university -ish!
