Hej, English below. Jag vill hyra ut ett rum i min lägenhet (se bifogat bild) 1:a våningen västra Jakobsberg. Jag vill gärna hyra ut den f.r.o.m 1:a mars, eller lite tidigare enligt överenskommelse. Rummet är inte möblerad förutom en skysst fotolj och något som man hänger sina grejer/kläder på, men krävs det något mer så går det att ordna. Du ska gärna helst vara fastanställd på något företag eller student, gärna rökfri och alkoholfri och städar efter dig. Pendeltåg/busstationen är 5 min gående från lägenheten, sedan ytterligare 2 minuter till Jakobsbergcentrum. I hyran ingår allting, wifi, el, vatten, litet gym sauna rum. Hyran är 6000 kr plus en månads deposition. Kontakta mig gärna vid intresse :) Hi, I want to rent out a room in my apartment (see attached picture) first floor west of Jakobsberg. I want to rent out the room starting from 1st of mars, a little earlier can be arranged as well. The room is not furnished except for a nice armchair and something to hang your stuff/clothes on, but any other requirements can be arranged. You should preferably either be working at a company or a student, hopefully smoke free and alcohol free and clean after yourself. The community train/ bus station is about 5 min walk from the apartment and then additionally 2 minutes to Jakobsberg centrum.
