The room is available for move-in from February 1, 2026 and is rented for 4-6 months, as agreed. Monthly rent 6700:- paid in advance. One month's rent as a deposit. The rent includes shared kitchen and bathroom, internet, electricity, heating, water and access to laundry in the basement.
