About this home

Me and my girlfriend are renting out a 10sqm room in our shared flat in Svartbäcken (walking distance to the centre, near Fyrisån/police station) for 4195 Sek per month, all utilities included, fully furnished, bedding included also, from the 1st of January 2026, preferably long term. I'm currently remotely studying and working. In the past we've traveled a lot but there are also periods that we are home a lot. It varies. We also have a third room we're renting out thru Airbnb sometimes but we're probably gonna turn that into a long term tenant room as well. We're both very easy going, have traveled around the world, lots of life experience, very sociable, outdoorsy. We like to foster a friendly, communal, inclusive, supportive and considerate and tidy environment at home. Looking forward to hearing from you!
