Hello everyone, I’m looking for someone to carry on my tenancy for a room in our three room apartment located in Hornstull, Södermalm from March 1st 2025 until June 15th 2025. You’d be sharing the flat with a girl that studies at KTH. The place is 75 m² and it consists of a spacious living room with TV, couch and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, balcony and bathroom with laundry machine and dryer. You’d be staying in the largest room (18 m²) that includes a large built-in wardrobe, huge double bed, desk, printer and ample storage. The closest entrance to the tunnelbana (Hornstull) is 200 m and there’s an Ica in front of it. Bus 66 stops right in front of the house and buses 4, 74, 94, 191, 192 are very close close as well. You’d also be very close to Hornstull Centrum that includes shops, cafes and restaurants. The monthly rent is 11.950 sek, all utilities included.
