The apartment is 60 m² in total, located on 3rd floor, with no elevator. It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and entrance hall. The room can be rented furnished if needed (additional cost applies). Kichen and bathroom are fully equipped. This charming apartment has preserved many original features, including high ceilings (almost 3 metres), herringbone wooden floors, large windows, elegant archways, and beautiful period details. It is bright, peaceful, and full of character. The other bedroom is occupied by my daughter, who is a quiet and respectful high school student. She usually goes home with us on weekends. My daughter also have a friendly and gentle Ragdoll cat in the apartment, so we're looking for someone who likes cats or is not allergic.
