I am subletting my 19.2 m² studio in Bromma, Stockholm, for the autumn semester because I will be going on an Erasmus exchange during that period. The rent is 4,100 SEK per month, which includes water, hot water, and electricity. The studio is fully furnished, as shown in the photos. It is a separate unit with its own bathroom and a shared kitchen. The Åkeshov metro station is just across the road, and it takes about 15 minutes to reach the city centre. A swimming pool and a gym are also located across the road. A private parking space is available downstairs for 300 SEK per month. This is an official sublet approved by the housing company.
