Female Roommate Wanted – Furnished Room in Fruängen (2026 September 18 – 2027 January 18) Hi!　Hej! I'm looking for a responsible and tidy female roommate to rent a furnished bedroom in my 3-room apartment (76 sqm) in Fruängen. 📍 Location * About a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute bus ride to Fruängen metro station. * The nearest bus stop is barely a 2-minute walk from the apartment. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Central Station. 4 minutes walk to Lidl Hemköp, Coop, library, health center and gym are besides Metro Station. Fruängen is a calm family friendly area. 🏡 About the apartment You’ll have your own private, furnished bedroom and share the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and enclosed balcony. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. The building also has an elevator, a shared laundry room, and a BBQ area. You will share the apartment with my Japanese female friend, who lives in the other bedroom. She is studying in Stockholm, usually being at home only on weekdays and is often away on weekends. So the apartment is generally very quiet. My family and I will be abroad during the entire rental period. Two cats are part of the household We have two friendly cats who will stay in the apartment, so I'm looking for someone who genuinely likes animals and preferably has experience caring for cats or other pets. You will need to feed them, make sure they have fresh water, clean the litter box, and give them some love and attention. The cats have an automatic water fountain and an automatic feeder, so they can stay on their own for up to four days and three nights. It is a big advantage if you are able to stay in the apartment throughout December. 💰 Rent * SEK 6,000 per month * Electricity, heating, water, and internet are included. * Deposit: One month's rent. 📅 Rental period September 18, 2026 – January 18, 2027.
