I bought some of the furniture and household basics brand new when I moved in. The room therefore comes furnished, and I’m looking for someone who is also interested in taking over the furniture for a one-time payment of 100€. Move-in date: 23 September I would like to arrange viewings as soon as possible, as I’m hoping to find the next tenant ASAP. Looking for someone responsible, clean, quiet and respectful who will take good care of the room and shared spaces.
