Tenant wanted for room in charming Majorna, Gothenburg inner city. Good position with 2 min to store, gym, transport and some of the best cafes in town. 5 min transport to cultural center Järntorget. 10 min transport to Gothenburg city center. 15 walk to Slottskogen. You will be sharing kitchen with me and Per-Åke since the girl living here, Daisy, is moving out into a dorm. Per-Åke keeps to his part of the apartment, which is the balcony and livingroom. Friends ofc welcome. You will get one bathroom mostly (95 ) to yourself. The rent is 4400 kr and will be paid in advance every month (27th). 2 months notice to cancel room. 1000 kr will be charged for the keys, but will be returned once the keys are handed back after the contract is over. Wifi, electricity and kitchenware is included.
