Hey! I'm renting out my newly build apartment that is 33 square meters big and have a balcony that is 12 square meters. From the balcony you can enjoy the evening sun and the beautiful view of the Järva field. The apartment has an open floor plan and it's fully furnished with bed, dinner table, sofa and kitchen supplies. The apartment is equipped with laundry machine and dishwasher. The sound attenuation in the apartment is fenomenal, so you will never be disturbed by any neighbors. In the surrounding area you will find everything you need. The closest food store is just outside the main entrance. If you walk 10 minutes you will be at the subway station, and from there it only takes 20 minutes to the central station. A nice 10 minutes bicycle ride away you will find Kista shopping mal. Outside the main door there is a nature reserve with running tracks, swimming pool and recreational areas.
