Furnished Apartment in Majorna – Long-term Sublet. One-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a 1930s building (3 floors total) located on a quiet road, just a short walk to the tram, Stigbergstorget, and Slottsskogen. The apartment comprises of a bedroom, a lounge with a balcony, an entrance hall, a bathroom, and a kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with good built-in storage in the hallway and bedroom. It comes fully furnished with sofa, dining table, bed, etc. We are subletting the apartment because we are moving to Finland for a work contract. The monthly cost is fully inclusive and covers rent, furniture, electricity, broadband internet, heating, and water. Note: The lease will be a standard conditional agreement, subject to final processing and approval by the landlord, Familjebostäder. BankID is required for contract signing. 2 months notice.
