I’m renting out my apartment as I’m moving in with my partner. Its newly built 2-room (35 sqm) apartment in Bandhagen. It’s a really well-planned, has a separate bedroom, own balcony, and lot of storage with closets tucked away for all your stuff. Comes fully furnished. Kitchen’s got everything: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, plus a washing machine in the apartment. Third floor, with elevator access. ICA Nära in centrum, right outside of the metro. Coop and Mat Dax in Högdalen which is one stop away, and ICA Kvantum in Svedmyra which is two stops away. Bandhagen itself is a really nice, quiet area with a genuine neighborhood feel. A couple of restaurants and a cozy café right in the centrum, plus a courtyard in the apartment complex with a play area for kids and some benches if you just want to sit outside. There’s also a bike room in the building. The metro (Green Line) is a 5-minute walk away, and it’s about 20 minutes to T-Centralen. One stop further is Högdalen, which has a bigger centrum with a shopping complex, a swimming pool hall, and a bit more going on if you need it. Rent includes electricity, hot water, and broadband.
