About the apartment: • Private studio with own balcony, bathroom & kitchenette • Bed, microwave & washing machine included • 6,948.78 SEK/month + electricity & hot water (usually around 7,450–7,550 SEK total) • Heating & internet included • Gym, study rooms, cinema room & bookable kitchens in the building 📍 Location: Close to Spånga station – only 15 min to Stockholm City by commuter train. Lidl & the nearest bus stop are around 200m away, Coop around 300m. Requirements: You must either be - a university/college/vocational student - 18-27 years and working (employment contract + your 3 latest payslips) The landlord will carry out a credit check and must approve the new tenant.
