Hej Nu hjälper jag min pappa att hyra ut mitt gamla rum i vårt radhus då nuvarande inneboende nu flyttar till egen bostad. Huset ligger i Älta. Rummet är ett stort rum på ca. 15 kvm och kommer hyras ut från och med nu och helst minst 1 år framåt om allt funkar fint Men det funkar även att hyra kortare period. Hyran är på 5000kr. Radhuset är två våningar och på övervåningen finns två sovrum och ett badrum. I det ena sovrummet bor Hussein som jobbar med IT. Du delar badrum och dusch med honom. Tvättstuga finns i huset bakom. Busshållsplatsen ligger 50 m från dörren och bussarna går dygnet runt och närhet till centrum. 10 minuter till Gullmarsplan. Jag söker nu en hyresgäst som är ordentlig, glad, lugn och djurfri barnfri som vill hyra rummet. Kontakta mig för mer info.
