The room is furnished with a bed and is ideal for someone looking for a quiet and safe home close to nature, the metro and everything the city has to offer. We are a couple living here with our 3-year-old child, who stays with us half of the time, as well as a small and friendly dog weighing around 4 kg. 🐶 The rent includes: ✨ Electricity, internet and home insurance ✨ Fully equipped kitchen ✨ Access to washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher ✨ Two bathrooms/toilets in the apartment The living room is private and is not included in the shared areas.
