Cozy Furnished Garden Cottage for Rent Ideal for One Student or Visiting Researcher. We are renting out our bright and fully furnished garden cottage (approx. 20 m²), located behind our house in a quiet residential area of Gothenburg. The cottage has its own private entrance, patio and offers a comfortable, safe and peaceful living environment. For the past 15 years, we have successfully rented the cottage to students and visiting researchers for the full academic year. We are therefore looking for one responsible, non-smoking and no pets tenant who appreciates a quiet and well-maintained home. Location The cottage is situated in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with excellent access to public transport. Gothenburg city center is only a few minutes away by bus from Backaplan, with its shopping center, restaurants, cafés and excellent transport connections, is approx. a 15-minute walk from the cottage. Rent 4,200 SEK per month, including electricity, heating, water and high-speed fibre Wi-Fi. Rental period Available from August 2026. The minimum rental period is until 30 June 2027, with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement.
