The rental agreement includes: - Furnished room: Bed (tenant provides own bed linen) Lamp Table and chair Bookshelf Closet - Shared facilities: Bathroom (tenant provides own towels) Fully equipped kitchen Laundry facilities Utilities included: Electricity Heating - Rental conditions: The room is intended for one occupant only. Visitors are permitted once per month during weekends (from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning). Two months rent is payable in advance.
