A corner apartment with balcony in the midst of nature still only 10 min from Södermalm and 15 min from Centralstation on public transport. This is an apartment with everything. The area is green and calm yet the bus stop, Ica and a cafe are just outside the door. Årsta torg, a 15 min walk, has several gyms, library, cafes, restaurants and bars. Still Södermalm is only 7 min bike ride. The bus takes 3 min to Gullmarsplan, a public transport hub with easy access to the rest of the city. A 5 min walk takes you to Årstaskogen forest, with a runtrail and outdoor gyms by the water of Årstaviken. But you already have a forest, a small one just outside your window, all the windows. And the balcony is sun lit all day. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, one larger than the other, a big Livingroom with balcony and a fire place, a bathroom with spacious shower, a kitchen and a dining room. Everything is included in the rent. No extra costs for Internet or heat or electricity. I am renting out because of studies abroad, and contract may be prolonged 1-3 months.
