Hej/Hi! (English translation further down) Vi hyr ut vår fina ovanvåning med egen ingång i Staffanstorp (Mellan Lund/Malmö) till två studenter eller ett par. Ovanvåningen är i princip helt möblerad och är helt anpassad som lägenhet och består av 3 rum och kök på 70 kvm. Allt är totalrenoverat och därför i toppskick! Vi önskar hyra ut två terminer från ca 21/8 2026 till och med 14/6 2027. (Förlängning av avtalet är mycket möjligt). Passar perfekt för två studenter, ett par eller varför inte projektanställda i Lund/Malmö? Företagsbostad? Hyra: 11.000kr/månad inkl. värme, varmvatten, el, bredband och möbler/inredning. Önskar du hyra ett rum kostar det 5.500kr/mån. Deposition på 2 månadshyror. KOMMUNIKATION Det är bra kommunikationer in till Lund med buss 166 såsom till Lund LTH på ca 30 min, Universitetssjukhuset på ca 25 min, Lund C på ca 20 min. Har ni bil? Då nås Lund på ca 10-15 min och Malmö på 15-20 min. Parkering är gratis på gästparkering i området. Cyklar ni? Det tar ca 25-30 min att cykla in till Lund C. ENTRÉ/HALL Rymlig entré/hall för avhängning av ytterkläder och skor. KÖK/VARDAGSRUM Det är ett öppet kök/vardagsrum med bra förvaring i köket. Köket är väl utrustat med såväl kyl/frys, induktionshäll, ugn, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare och diskmaskin. Det finns också bestick, tallrikar, glas, muggar och redskap, skålar, kastruller, stekjärn m.m. som ingår i uthyrningen. Utöver det så är det möblerat med soffa, soffbord, tv-bänk, tv, köksbord och stolar. BADRUM Helkaklat stilrent badrum med dusch. KORRIDOR Extra klädförvaring med garderob och städskåp. SOVRUM 1 (10 kvm) Det lilla sovrummet hyrs ut med såväl 105x200cm säng med bäddmadrass. Här är även ett skrivbord, stol och byrå. Persienn och gardiner för fönstret. SOVRUM 2 (12 kvm) Det större sovrummet hyrs ut med såväl 105x200cm säng med bäddmadrass. Här är även ett skrivbord och stol samt egen klädkammare möblerad med byrå och klädstång för bra förvaring av kläder och skor. Persienn och gardiner för fönstret. ÖVRIGT Förråd har ni i form av kattvindarna på varsin sida snedtaket. Tvätta och torka kläder görs i källaren i vår gemensamma tvättstuga. Behöver ni förvara cyklar så har vi cykelställ på uppfarten. **Jaha och vilka är vi då?** Vi som bor nedanför är ett yngre par med som båda jobbar och anser att vi bor lite väl stort för tillfället. Vi är lugna och skötsamma, röker inte och festar mycket sällan. Vi ser framemot att träffa er! ********************************** Hi! We are renting out our lovely upper floor with a private entrance in Staffanstorp, between Lund and Malmö, to two students or a couple. The upper floor is almost fully furnished and is designed as a separate apartment. It has three rooms and a kitchen and is 70 square metres. Everything has been fully renovated and is in excellent condition! We would like to rent it out for two semesters, from around 21 August 2026 until 14 June 2027. It is possible that the rental agreement can be extended. It is perfect for two students, a couple, project workers in Lund or Malmö, or as company accommodation. Rent: SEK 11,000 per month, including heating, hot water, electricity, internet, furniture and household items. If you would like to rent one room, the rent is SEK 5,500 per month. A deposit of two months’ rent is required. TRANSPORT There are good bus connections to Lund with bus 166. It takes about 30 minutes to Lund University Faculty of Engineering, LTH, about 25 minutes to the university hospital and about 20 minutes to Lund Central Station. Do you have a car? Lund can be reached in about 10–15 minutes and Malmö in about 15–20 minutes. Free parking is available in the guest parking area nearby. If you cycle, it takes about 25–30 minutes to Lund Central Station. ENTRANCE/HALLWAY There is a spacious entrance and hallway with plenty of room for coats and shoes. KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM The apartment has an open-plan kitchen and living room with plenty of storage space in the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge and freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. Cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, kitchen utensils, bowls, pots, frying pans and other kitchen items are also included. The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, TV stand, TV, dining table and chairs. BATHROOM There is a modern, fully tiled bathroom with a shower. HALLWAY There is extra storage for clothes, including a wardrobe and a cleaning cupboard. BEDROOM 1 (10 square metres) The smaller bedroom is rented with a 105 x 200 cm bed and mattress topper. OTHER INFORMATION There is additional storage space under the sloping roof on both sides of the apartment. Washing and drying are done in the shared laundry room in the basement. If you need somewhere to store your bicycles, there is a bicycle rack on the driveway. **So, who are we?** We are a young working couple living on the ground floor. We currently feel that the house is a little too large for us, which is why we are renting out the upper floor. We are quiet and responsible, we do not smoke and we rarely have parties.
