Hi, I am renting out a room in my apartment to a student. The room is furnished and you will have your own toilet, and share bathroom and kitchen. There is a small gym in the building and that´s included in the rent. The room is the first room on the left in the apt, after the closet area, so it has privacy. The apt is newly renovated except for the kitchen and bathroom which is 12 years old. The apt itself has 4 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The area is close to the train station, 6 minute walk, 7 minute bike ride to the city center and 10-20 minute bike ride to the University depending on your location. The area is close to nature and very quiet. There are several grocery stores within a short bike ride. The bus stops in front of the house. There is also a library and pharmacy close by. I live here with my two kids, 13 and 14 years old who live here part-time. I, myself, are working as an economist for the municipality of Malmö. We have been renting out to students for 8 years now and it works great. I am looking for someone who is coming to study for one year. I have a policy against overnight guests but family such as parents and siblings are welcome to come and visit and stay with us for a few days. We are looking for a non-smoker. I usually conduct interviews on WhatsApp so that we can meet and talk and I show the room and apt. Looking forward to hearing from you!
