Large bedroom with a very large, private walk in closet in a comfortably appointed home within easy walking distance of Sahlgrenska hospital and Chalmers University. Bus and tram nearby. Guldheden is a quiet, peaceful area of town which features two supermarkets close by and another one fifteen minutes walking distance away. I am an older, settled guy intent on a tranquil existence. It is important to me that you speak English very well so that we may communicate when necessary as I do not speak Swedish. I am a dog lover and would consider living with the right dog, but I do not own a pet. Reasonable use of electricity is included.
