Hi im looking for a roommate for my apartment from the start of February, its 83kvm with 2 large bedrooms, a large living room, a big newly renovated kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Im 24 years old so would perfer someone around my own age, the rent is 6.500kr per month and it includes wifi, electricity, water and parking spot, the location is att kallhäll so its 25 min away from TC with direkt train and the apartment is a 5 min walk from the station.
