Apartment also includes small furnished balcony. The apartment comes furnished, but you're welcome to bring your own furniture if you prefer. The desk has been moved to the bedroom (next to the window), creating more space in the living room. You'll find storage space with closets in both the bedroom and living room. All the practical stuff is here - washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher in the apartment. Rent includes everything except electricity, which you'll pay based on your usage. Getting around is easy - just 10 minutes to Stockholm city center by train. For daily needs, there's an ICA supermarket and a 24/7 gym about 5 minutes away, plus a pizzeria right in the building. I'm renting out the apartment as I'll be traveling throughout 2025, so looking for a tenant who can make it their home during this time. Small pets can be discussed. Available to move in right away.
