The whole apartment has 3.5 rooms, well located in the Malmö city center, near Davidshall torget. I am renting out my studio room, preferably for a female student. I have two cats at home, and I travel a lot, particularly next spring. So you are expected to be a cat lover and to take care of the apartment and the cats when I am away. The room has a single bed, a bookshelf, and a piano. If you prefer a working desk. We can move the piano away and put a desk and chair there. Have a look and check if you'd like to stay as a temporary home. I am myself is a researcher and entrepreneur. It is available from first of Feb. 2026.
