Hi, I’m renting out a room to a woman/non-binary/queer person in my apartment in Värnhem, starting February 1 and for an indefinite period. The apartment is 60 m², and your room is about 12 m². The room is furnished (flexible if needed) and has a window facing a quiet courtyard. You will have a door to your bedroom, while my boyfriend and I have a curtain for ours. We are a couple, but my boyfriend is often away for long periods. I also travel occasionally, so sometimes you’ll have the apartment to yourself. We share the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The rent for the room, including electricity, gas, water, and heating, is 5,000 SEK/month.
