På grund av en längre utlandsvistelse hyr vi ut vår moderna och välutrustade villa på Älgö i Saltsjöbaden. Här bor ni i ett lugnt och familjevänligt område nära hav och natur, samtidigt som Stockholm city nås på cirka 30 minuter med bil. Villan passar utmärkt för en familj som söker ett bekvämt och trivsamt hem under en längre period. Bostaden har fyra sovrum, två badrum och generösa sociala ytor. Huset har ett fullt utrustat kök, ett rymligt vardagsrum med öppen spis samt stora fönster som ger ett fint ljusinsläpp och utsikt över havet och den omgivande naturen. På tomten finns flera uteplatser samt pool, jacuzzi och vedeldad bastu. Jacuzzi och bastu kan användas året runt. Det är cirka 150 meter till vattnet. Villkor för el, uppvärmning, vatten, sophämtning samt eventuell skötsel av pool och jacuzzi bestäms utifrån hyresperiodens längd. Vi söker i första hand skötsamma hyresgäster som vill behandla huset som sitt eget. Villan ligger i ett lugnt bostadsområde och är inte lämplig för fester eller större tillställningar. The house is located in a peaceful and family-friendly area close to the sea and nature, while central Stockholm can be reached in approximately 25–30 minutes by car. The villa is ideal for a family looking for a comfortable and welcoming home for a longer rental period. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and spacious shared living areas. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace and large windows offering plenty of natural light and beautiful views of the sea and surrounding nature. The property has several outdoor seating areas as well as a swimming pool, a hot tub and a wood-fired sauna. The hot tub and sauna can be used throughout the year. The sea is approximately 150 metres from the house. Terms regarding electricity, heating, water, waste collection and the maintenance of the swimming pool and hot tub will be agreed upon depending on the length of the rental period. We are primarily looking for responsible tenants who will treat the house as their own home. The villa is located in a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties or large gatherings.
