Hej! I am renting a room in an apartment at flemingsberg,stockholm. Preferred tenants are people who are travelling for work for several days in a month as first priority or students who live in stockholm. Currently, I live here with my wife but she is moving to gothenburg for a job. She will be visiting for several days in a month. The room is approx 15m2 as seen in Image 1 & 2. The apartment is 58m2 3 rum. The room for rent comes unfurnished but if you wish to use the table & bed, we could discuss later. The rent includes electrictiy, internet and utilities. I expect the tenant to keep the common spaces clean and respect the community rules. The apartment is a 10min walk to flemingsberg station which has supermarket and 10min to centrum by walk which has gym and other amenities.
