Quiet and furnished apartment in a great location, big west balcony and all expenses included in the rent, even a small gym. The housing association has cozy green spaces with parks and games, where you can enjoy with your close ones and there is an extra red house with space for up to 40 people events available to book by a symbolic cost. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants close by. 5 minutes walk away there is a small mountain with amazing views of the city and the sunset, great spot for a fast escape into nature. Plus, youre only 10 minutes from the city center with different buses or trams just around the corner. The apartment has a big west balcony, so you get all the sunlight in the evenings. And all the bills are included in the rent: electricity, water, heating, internet, Swedish TV package from Telia and even the small gym in the same block. The reason why I am renting is because I am moving with my girlfriend. The photos may differ a little from the reality because I may take some things with me, but I am renting the apartment fully furnished.
