Hello! My lovely collective is looking for a university student to take over my contract. Availabilty from September 1st but I can be flexible with moving in dates. Rent is around 5000 SEK. The bedroom you will have is on the 1st floor of a two floor villa in the middle of Värnhem.The room is approximately 18-20 sq. meters. You will share the house with other 3 students. The vibe in the house is fun, easy going and respectful, living here to me felt very homey We are all quite busy with studies but we also enjoy hanging out together and hosting every now and then (we hosted movie nights, a pubquiz, dinners, brunch, etc!) The room includes access to a large common kitchen and a semi-private shower and toilet. It is fully furnished with: • a comfortable single bed • a chilling IKEA chair • a simple desk with a chair • one desk lamp & one table lamp • closets • shoe rack • hanger Utilities (electricity, internet and water) are included in the rent. You will also have free access to washing machines and dryers. Also include any questions you might have
