Cozy quiet and charming central location near Vitabergsparken, with nearby grocery stores, shops, cafes, and local restaurants. Many bus connections directly outside. Inside an ample bedroom, an ambient living room area with a large modern folding sofa for guests. Walk-in closet. Bathroom has washer, and kitchen is well appointed and fun to cook in. Shared common balconies for morning coffee, building is quiet and friendly, with easy access, elevator, bikeroom and laundry. The association has a private sauna available to reserve in the building. I will be staying abroad for a period of time so looking for a respectful guest to enjoy the home while I'm away. Electricity and internet included in rent. Longer term may be applicable. Tenant will be asked to care for existing plants :)
