Central Stockholm – Furnished 2-room apartment – Short-term rental (May–August) I’m renting out my fully furnished 2-room apartment for a limited period while I’m abroad. The apartment is best suited for one person or a couple looking for a comfortable and well-located place in central Stockholm. Layout: The apartment has two rooms. One smaller room used as a living/relax area, and a larger main room with an open-plan layout combining the kitchen, sleeping area, and living space. The bathroom is separate. The apartment does not receive a lot of direct sunlight, which helps keep it cool and comfortable during the warmer months. What’s included: – Fully furnished – Wi-Fi – Electricity, heating, and water – Fully equipped kitchen – Private washing machine and tumble dryer (no shared laundry room) Location: Located very close to central Stockholm. Excellent access to public transport (metro, buses, trains) and within easy reach of universities, shops, cafés, and restaurants. Rental terms: Available for a fixed short-term period (approximately 3–4 months, May–August). Ideal for temporary stays such as internships, exchange students, or professionals on short-term assignments. Additional information: The apartment has previously had cats. It will be cleaned before move-in, but may not be suitable for people with severe allergies. Reason for renting: I will be traveling abroad during this period and am looking for someone responsible who will take good care of the apartment.
