Lägenheten hyrs ut till 2 studenter, där varje rum kostar 5500 kr/månad. Vi hyr främst ut till två som känner varandra sen tidigare och vill bo tillsammans. El, värme och bredband ingår och kontraktet gäller 1 augusti 2026 - 31 juli 2027. Lägenheten hyrs ut möblerad. Hi! I’m renting out an apartment with 2 rooms on Drottensgatan, right in the centre of Lund. The apartment is being rented to 2 students, with each room costing 5,500 SEK/month. We mainly prefer to rent to two friends who already know each other and would like to live together. Electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included, and the rental period is 1 August 2026 – 31 July 2027. The apartment is fully furnished.
