The room can be rented furnished until mid-August (when Morris moves in) * 74 sqm * All common areas are fully furnished! * There are 3 storage spaces (one of which is inside the apartment), meaning there is no shortage of storage! * There are 2 bathrooms * There is a large balcony right outside the apartment with a PERFECT location for sunsets (west-facing)! * 5 min walk to Lund C, close to central Lund, and the entire campus is within comfortable cycling distance * The apartment is not completely furnished/decorated yet since I just moved in, meaning the coziness factor will only increase over time * Indoor bicycle parking is available on the ground floor **Who we are looking for:** We are looking for someone who wants to hang out in the living room in the evenings and contribute to a nice and open atmosphere in the apartment. **A bit about us:** We are 23 years old. I study engineering (Information and Communication Technology) and Morris studies molecular biology. We have many different interests, but we both enjoy working out and various sports!
