The appartment belongs to a smaller association of 19 homes. Located on the corner so bright at all times, and enhanced with completely white floors. Kitchen is separate from the living room and dining with a bedroom. There is also a smaller 2nd bedroom, that is used as a wardrobe and walk-in closet. I am currently outside of Sweden and back to Stockholm after Autumn 2026. Hence renting out the place for 6 months. The appartment is 700m walking distance from Alvik T-Bana. Please note the following 1. My things will remain in the house and you can use them however I am unable to empty my closets fully so there will be limited space on the closet. 2. There is no elevator in the appartment 3. Internet, Electricity, TV, Couch, Bed/ Mattress and all appliances are already there 4. The photos are from the time I bought the appartment and it still looks the same in layout 5.
