SEE FOR ENGLISH BELOW Är du en passionerad växtälskare med gröna fingrar?? Söker du tillfälligt boende under augusti månad? Kanske är du ny i Malmö och behöver ett möblerat boende tills du hittar något mer permanent till hösten! Vi söker någon som vill hyra vår fullt möblerade lägenhet på 75 kvm (med balkong!!) från 01/08–31/08 till ett billigt pris! I utbyte mot noggrann växtvård hyr vi ut den för 8500 kr för hela augusti, allt inkluderat! (Minus katterna och deras leksaker som du kanske ser på bilderna nedan – de kommer att vara hos kattvakten.) VIKTIGT Du måste vara engagerad i att ta hand om våra älskade växter som om de vore dina egna Hyran är 8500 kr i förskott och lägenheten är fullt möblerad: el, värme, vatten och internet ingår. Du får hela lägenheten för dig själv (sovrum med balkong, vardagsrum, kök, badrum samt gemensam tvättstuga i källaren). Det andra och minsta rummet kommer att vara avstängt eftersom det är min keramikverkstad. Det finns lite plats i källaren om du behöver förvara saker, men räkna inte med alltför mycket utrymme. Lägenheten på 75 kvm ligger centralt på Möllan, 5 minuters cykelgång från Triangeln station och 2 minuter med cykel till Södervärns busstation. Du kommer dessutom att dela detta fantastiska hem med ungefär 60 fantastiska krukväxter! Återigen...det absolut viktigaste för oss är att du verkligen kan ta ansvar för att hålla våra växter vid liv och välmående, så ha gärna det i åtanke innan du skriver till mig om lägenheten. Vi går igenom vilken skötsel de behöver i förväg. Are you a passionate plant lover with a green thumb?? Are you looking for temporary housing for the month of August? Maybe you are new to Malmö and need furnished housing until you find a more permanent housing situation for the fall! We are looking to rent our fully furnished 75sqm flat (with balcony!!) from 01/08-31/08 for cheap! In exchange for diligent plant care, we are asking for 8500sek for the month of August, everything included! (Minus the cats and their toys which you might see in the photos below, they will be with the cat sitter.) IMPORTANTyou need to be committed to caring for our precious plants as though they were your own Rent is 8500 upfront, fully furnished: includes electricity, heat, water, internet. You will have the whole place to yourself (bedroom with balcony, living room, kitchen, bathroom, shared laundry room in basement). The second and smallest room will be closed off as that is my ceramic workshop space. There is a bit of space in the cellar if you need to store things, but don't count on too much. The 75m2 flat is centrally located in Möllan, 5 minutes bike ride from Triangeln station, 2 minutes bike to Södervärn bus station. You will share this gorgeous home approximately 60 gorgeous houseplants! Again, the most important thing for me is that you can commit to keeping my plants alive and healthy, so please keep that in mind before writing to me about the room We will discuss the care they need beforehand.
