We’re renting out our house in the Rådhus area of central Upplands Väsby, a quiet and friendly neighborhood. About 600 m to the train station and around 30 minutes by train to Stockholm Central (every 15mins) or Uppsala Centra. Several big supermarkets and Väsby Centrum shopping mall nearby. It’s a comfortable and spacious house with 4 bedrooms, lots of wardrobe space, and two bathrooms. Huge windows in living with good view of backyard. One bathroom has a private sauna and bathtub, which is great for relaxing. The house also including a private yard and patio, abd own parking space. We’re renting it out for about a year because my parents need to leave Sweden to take care of my grandmother, who is currently hospitalized. Looking for responsible tenants who will take good care of the home. 18k per month, bredband and cold water included, electricity pay by actual usage. (Please be aware electricity is more expensive for a house than apartment).
