We are renting out our lovely house in Stuvsta (between Älvsjö and Huddinge), fully furnished, during the period January 1 – July 31, 2026. Perfect for commuters, with an 8-minute walk to Stuvsta commuter train station. The house is situated high up and free, with a view. 170 square meters spread over two floors with 3–4 bedrooms. Fully tiled bathroom with shower and an extra toilet. Herringbone parquet in the living room, wooden floors in other rooms, and a working fireplace. Rooms on the upper floor: bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe, spacious dining room with seating for 8–10 people around an oak table, well-equipped open kitchen, bright living room with access to a balcony and a lovely view, study/guest room, and a guest toilet. On the middle floor is the main entrance with large windows, plenty of space for both hanging clothes and dressing. On the lower floor: family room with projector, sound system and movie screen, as well as a working fireplace; two bedrooms with single beds and pull-out guest beds; bathroom/laundry room with shower and underfloor heating. TV and internet (300 mb) via Telia fiber. The house is situated high up with lots of daylight during the day. Patio with parasol by the outdoor dining area. Space for two cars in the driveway, free parking on the street outside for guests. Lawn for ball games and other fun in front of the house; the rear part of the plot has a rocky hill and slope, providing a lovely view. Large trampoline available. The area is leafy and quiet, with a 30 km/h speed limit on the road outside. Nice neighbors and overall, a very good area to live in. A few hundred meters away is Älvsjöskogen nature reserve and jogging trails with lighting (2–4 km). At Långsjön, at the same distance, there is a swimming area and restaurant. In winter, an ice skating track is plowed on the lake. The nearest station is Stuvsta commuter train station, which can be reached in 8 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by bike. The journey to Södermalm takes 10 minutes, Stockholm City/Central can be reached in 13 minutes. Southbound commuter trains go to Södertälje and Tumba. There are several good schools and preschools in the area. Stuvsta center, a 10-minute walk away, has ICA, pharmacy, health center, bakery, flower shop, hairdressers, and several take-away food places. 2 km away are Stora Coop and gas stations, etc. Rent includes cold water, garbage collection, internet, TV and parking in the driveway. Electricity and grid costs are additional, covering heating, hot water production, and household electricity. On average, this has cost us about 2,700 SEK/month. Liability insurance and home insurance for personal property are the responsibility of the tenant.
