About this home

From December – until further notice Hi girls! My mum’s incredible tenant is moving out after two years in the townhouse , so I’m looking for a new lovely tenant for her beautiful apartment! My dear mum lives alone in this newly renovated townhouse. On the ground floor, there is a separate rental unit with its own private entrance and kitchen. You’ll also have access to a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a large and cozy living room with a fireplace and direct access to the small garden. The house is located in a quiet townhouse area in Farsta, about a 10-minute walk from Farsta Centrum, where you’ll find several grocery stores, shops, restaurants and gyms. The green metro line takes you to Södermalm in about 10 minutes and to central Stockholm in around 20 minutes. The rent is SEK 6,500/month, including electricity, water and Wi-Fi. Here’s what you’ll get: A private entrance Your own bedroom Your own kitchen Your own bathroom with access to a washing machine & dryer A living room The world’s best landlord, with almost 10 years of experience renting out her home We’re looking for someone who… Is non-smoking and doesn’t have pets Would ideally like to rent for at least 6 months Is considerate and respectful of everyone in the household Is tidy and takes pride in keeping the apartment clean and fresh Enjoys spending time with friends, but preferably outside the home Below are a few pictures of the living room and my lovely mama. Ciao!
