This part of the house is separated from the landlords’ main living areas upstairs, giving you considerably more privacy and independence than in a conventional room in a shared family home. You will have your own private bedroom and share the kitchen, bathroom and comfortable common area with one other tenant. The laundry room is also used by the landlords, with a booking system in place to make it easy for everyone to plan their laundry times. **More about your room... The room size is 11.25 m² (2.5 × 4.5 metres) and is fully furnished. Some additional furniture is available, so there may be flexibility to arrange the room according to your needs. You are also welcome to bring your own furniture and make the room feel like home, provided that no permanent alterations are made to the property. – Electricity – Heating – Water – Internet – Access to communal areas most of which you share with another tenant. All utilities and facilities listed above are included in the monthly rent. You are also welcome to use the garden and terrace, which are shared with the landlords and the other tenant. **About the location... The house is situated in a peaceful and quiet residential neighbourhood, within walking distance to Hjällbo Centrum, where you have an ICA supermarket. The area has convenient tram and bus connections to central Gothenburg and other parts of the city. The tram journey from Hjällbo to Brunnsparken takes approximately 15 minutes. The accommodation may be particularly suitable for a student. I am helping my parents manage the rental process. They own the house, and live on the upper floor, where they have their own kitchen, bathroom and living areas. They are quiet, considerate and welcoming people who will respect your privacy and independence.
